Hardt Full-scale Vehicle (Concept Design Appearance) with description

  • Hardt’s vehicle is designed for high-speed, autonomous operation, offering both passenger and cargo configurations. The passenger vehicle accommodates 40 passengers with 6 doors for efficient boarding, while the cargo version transports 14 Euro pallets with 2 doors. Both models feature a 24m length, 2.5m diameter, and a lightweight carbon fiber monocoque structure for optimal performance

  • Powered by a 3 MW propulsion system with ~90% efficiency, the vehicles achieve speeds up to 700 km/h with 665 kW cruising power consumption. Advanced aerodynamics and magnetic levitation minimize drag (3100 N total), while an autonomous control system ensures smooth acceleration (Max. 2.0 m/s²) and deceleration (Max. 8.0 m/s²).

  • Each vehicle weighs 25,000 kg, with a battery capacity of 640 kWh for sustained operation. The mass breakdown includes 8,600 kg for payload, 3,200 kg for the main body, and 10,000 kg for the tractive system, ensuring a balance of durability, efficiency, and high-speed capability.
